MediCard  is currently looking for assertive, dynamic and energetic individuals to fill up the following vacancy: Responsible in performing laboratory tests/procedures and encodes them correctly and accordingly.  Delivers precise and accurate as well as on-time laboratory results to the patients. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES  • Performs blood extraction to patients as part of PME packages or as per doctor’s request.  • Properly checks patient’s identification, the laboratory request and the specimen sample.  • Issues approval to laboratory request as appropriate based on our approval guidelines prior to availment.  • Conducts on-site blood extraction, Drug Testing and Rapid Antibody Testing per assignment by the Supervisor.  • Proper and accurate encoding of laboratory results.  • Monitors and ensures that laboratory equipment/machines undergo preventive maintenance and calibration as scheduled.  • Maintains and performs regular inspection on all laboratory machines/equipment.  • Ensures and monitors sufficient inventory of supplies.  • Prepares and submits timely reports.  • Maybe assigned related tasks from time to time.  QUALIFICATIONS AND GUIDELINES   • Education : Graduate of BS Medical Technology and Medical Technologist Licensure Exam   Passer  • Experience : At least 1 year experience performing laboratory   • Other Skills : Average communication skills, Computer literate.    At MediCard, we believe that diversity and inclusion are essential to fostering innovation, collaboration, and growth.
