This role is responsible for reviewing all design work and guiding teams toward best practices Design Governance Establish and maintain design principles, guidelines, and best practices for AI solutions. Conduct audits of design deliverables to ensure compliance. Review & Feedback Review all UI/UX work from internal teams and vendors, providing actionable feedback. Ensure designs align with user needs, accessibility standards, and company objectives. Collaboration & Training Partner with product managers, developers, and data scientists to integrate design principles. Conduct workshops and training sessions for design teams. Continuous Improvement Stay updated on emerging trends in AI-driven design and user experience. Recommend enhancements to improve usability and engagement.
