And finally,   you’re   open and borderless – naturally inclusive   in   how you work with others.     Required Technical and Professional Expertise     5+ years of experience in x86 server/application migration or related IT infrastructure roles.  Hands‑on administration of Windows Server and Linux Server. Basic Knowledge of Data Base and Middleware. Experience with migrations on‑prem. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills; effective written and verbal communication. Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).  English proficiency: Intermediate or Advanced (required for global communication and documentation)      Preferred Technical and Professional Experience     Automation Experience. VMware ESX/ESXi administration experience.  Vulnerability management program experience.  Single Sign‑On (SSO) and Federation Services experience Hands on experience with servers and storage equipment.  Relevant certifications (Windows, Linux, x86 Hardware) Being You The “Kyn” in Kyndryl means kinship, which represents the strong bonds we have with each other, our customers and our communities.
