Je draagt bij aan de kwaliteit van onze geneesmiddelen en maakt dagelijks impact op miljoenen levens wereldwijd.   Job Description #LI-Onsite Location: Puurs, Belgium Internal job title: Maintenance Technician I Verantwoordelijkheden: Voer preventief en curatief onderhoud uit op steriele afvullijnen volgens technische richtlijnen Bereid onderhoudswerkzaamheden voor met inzicht in processen en technische documentatie Identificeer en beheer reserveonderdelen en onderhoudspicklijsten Stel werkvergunningen op en voer LOTOTO-procedures uit voor veilig onderhoud Documenteer onderhoud en kalibratie nauwkeurig in SAP volgens vastgelegde procedures Ondersteun als technisch aanspreekpunt (SME) bij onderhoud en kalibratie Bouw sterke relaties op met leveranciers voor onderdelen en snelle herstellingen Meld technische afwijkingen tijdig en volg het deviatiebeleid strikt op Werkt zelfstandig binnen een klein team en communiceer vlot met interne stakeholders Jouw input in deze functie: Respecteert de hoogste veiligheidsnormen en draagt actief bij aan een veilige werkomgeving Heeft ervaring met operationeel onderhoud en technische uitvoering in een productieomgeving Beschikt over kennis van GMP-regels en naleving van kwaliteits- en HSE-voorschriften Kan vlot communiceren in het Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk Begrijpt productieprocessen en toont sterk technisch en wetenschappelijk inzicht Werkt zelfstandig, nauwkeurig en is vertrouwd met 5S, data-integriteit en projectflows Wat je mag verwachten Bij Novartis bieden we je een vast contract in een dynamisch vroege-dag-late ploegensysteem, en sporadisch ondersteuning in het weekend.
