If you believe in developing a better tomorrow, read on.  About the Role Support UAT to ensure the deliverables of Chatbot, Interactive Voice Respond (IVR), TIPS System achieving the highest level of productivity, operations efficiencies, quality and customer satisfaction. Chatbot, IVR, TIPS, Service System related Planning, Implementation and Support (95%) Act as the liaison between information technology and business for the development and implementation of new systems and enhancement of existing systems. Evaluate new applications and identify systems requirements. Supports the UAT for chatbot, IVR, and TIPS development to achieve the highest level of productivity, operations efficiencies, quality and customer satisfaction. Works closely with parties from relevant business units and supports business units to verify the accuracy of systems contents in its dialog response. Executes effective and timely UAT to ensure chatbot/IVR/TIPS services implementation and ongoing maintenance are in place. Delivers and executes effective AI training to chatbot through knowledge content management, NLP training and bot dialog review. Report UAT progress and highlight key areas of risk and issue. Other responsibilities (5%) Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and / or other requirements. Job Requirement: Able to work on selected weekends or after standard office hours to support testing activities. Preferably possesses 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience. Fresh graduates, as well as candidates from customer service backgrounds who may have limited exposure to testing or overtime work but demonstrate a strong willingness to learn, are encouraged to apply. Proficient in spoken Cantonese and capable of reading and typing Mandarin in both Simplified and Traditional characters. Demonstrates a strong willingness to acquire new knowledge and skills (e.g., software testing, AI-related competencies). Willing to work in Cyberjaya & Putrajaya areas. Able to follow Hong Kong working calendar. This position is working under Call Centre environment.
