The Role As a  Senior Agentic AI Architect  at Kyndryl, you are the visionary who shapes the architecture of intelligent, autonomous systems that redefine how enterprises operate. You’ll lead the design and implementation of agentic AI solutions that go beyond traditional AI, combining reasoning, planning, autonomy, and orchestration to deliver measurable business impact. Each day brings opportunities to architect transformative solutions, mentor engineering teams, and set the technical direction for enterprise-scale adoption of agentic AI. You’ll engage deeply with business leaders and stakeholders—translating strategic objectives into agentic AI architectures. Instead of just building models, you’ll define system blueprints for  multi-agent ecosystems  that can plan, reason, collaborate, and act in dynamic enterprise environments. Your expertise will guide the integration of data, knowledge graphs, APIs, and enterprise systems into scalable, secure, and resilient architectures. In this role, you’ll take ownership of the  end-to-end solution lifecycle : business understanding, system design, governance, and deployment of intelligent agent frameworks that can adapt and evolve. Leveraging advanced reasoning,  retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) , orchestration frameworks, and LLMOps practices, you’ll architect solutions that are not only functional but  scalable, explainable, secure, and enterprise-ready . Beyond prototypes, you’ll ensure agentic AI becomes  embedded in enterprise processes —enabling automation, decision augmentation, and continuous value realization. You’ll define reference architectures, best practices, and guardrails for deploying agentic AI responsibly, ensuring compliance with enterprise policies around  security, privacy, and trust . As a senior leader, you’ll guide engineering teams, influence platform strategy, and partner with cloud providers and technology alliances. Who You Are Who You Are You are a  strategic thinker and technical leader  who thrives at the intersection of architecture, AI innovation, and enterprise transformation. You’re  customer-obsessed , ensuring solutions align with business priorities, and you excel at influencing and collaborating across diverse teams, functions, and stakeholders. You combine a  practical engineering mindset with visionary architectural leadership . Required Skills and Experience : Minimum 12 - 16 years of overall experience in IT industry. Proven experience designing and deploying  enterprise-scale agentic AI architectures , multi-agent systems, or autonomous orchestration solutions. Expertise in  AI/ML development, LLM orchestration, and agent frameworks  such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, AutoGen, CrewAI, or Azure AI Studio/Prompt Flow. Strong architectural background in  cloud-native AI platforms  (Azure, AWS, GCP) and ability to define  scalable, resilient, and secure reference architectures . Demonstrated leadership in  AI solution design , balancing innovation with enterprise-grade requirements (scalability, compliance, governance, and reliability). Exceptional  communication and influence skills , with the ability to guide executive stakeholders and mentor engineering teams. Track record of managing  multiple enterprise AI initiatives simultaneously , ensuring consistency, quality, and business alignment. Preferred Skills and Experience : Graduate / Postgraduate in Computer Science, computer engineering ,Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field. Professional certifications in cloud AI/ML architecture (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect Expert, AWS Machine Learning Specialty, GCP Professional Machine Learning Engineer). Experience with  RAG, knowledge graph integration, tool orchestration, and autonomous agent design patterns . Familiarity with  enterprise AI governance frameworks  including security, privacy, observability, and ethical AI. Domain expertise in  regulated or complex industries  such as financial services, healthcare, cybersecurity, or IT operations.
