About the Role 与当地监管机构建立、维护良好的公共关系，维护公司良好形象和声誉，并根据总经理的授权，协调各部门处理相关问题，确保工作顺利进行。 主要职责： 参与公司发展战略的制定，了解保险行业的监管重点，与监管部门良好沟通，为公司的整体发展提供有效地决策依据。 管控所有来文的分发机制，就监管变化和更新向管理层提供建议，提供具有建设性的对外事务建议以支持管理层决策。 与监管机构、行业协会、政府部门等进行联络与沟通，建立并维持良好的公共关系，为公司业务发展创造有利环境。 接受总公司相关部门的专业指导，并维护畅通的沟通渠道。 确保所有监管任务及时高质量完成。 确保所有行政许可事项及时有效更新。 处理监管机构转交的客户投诉危机，及时与相关部门做好沟通、跟踪与反馈。 及时完成领导交办的其他工作。 任职要求： 本科及以上学历； 有8年及以上保险公司工作经验，至少5年与监管/政府沟通相关工作经验； 具备扎实的保险行业知识和丰富的从业经验； 良好的沟通表达与人际交往能力、高度的职业成熟度； 个人形象良好，能够流利的使用中文和英文进行沟通； 较强的公文写作能力。 Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
