If you believe in developing a better tomorrow, read on.  About the Role Oversees the SQL database for the data analytics team, ensuring timely data uploads and consistently monitoring data quality and accuracy. The incumbent will also develop automation solutions for data ingestion and report deployment in coordination with the Data Analytics Powerbi Developers. Other activities which you will be engaged on include: • Builds dashboards, reports, and create data presentations. • Builds processes and tools to govern data analytics across BPI AIA. • Assesses and learns data engineering tools and data visualization tools. • Trains and educates the organization as we transform towards a data-driven organization. • Assesses and improves algorithms build by other data analytics and data scientist resources. • Aligns with AIA PH Analytics Team on projects, methodologies, etc. Roles and Responsibilities: Oversees and supports the team’s SQL server environment. Develops and maintains automated data cleaning and processing solutions to ensure timely uploads to the server for the analytics team’s use. Conducts audits to ensure the completeness and accuracy of data from multiple sources. Builds visualization and dashboards through PowerBI or Python. Suggests solutions for efficient data ingestion and storage. Performs regular audits of database access and changes. Serves as the primary contact for data-related projects in BPI AIA. Develops processes and tools to monitor, assess, and analyze algorithm, model performance, and data accuracy. Minimum Job Requirements: GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS: Innovative, proactive, creative, well-organized and able to easily adapt to various technologies. Strong analytical skills and logical reasoning; attention to details; process-oriented. Great interpersonal skills and excellent oral and written communication skills. Can present complex information in a clear and compelling manner. Comfortable in very fast-paced environment and transforming organization. Willing to learn new environment and tools and advance your knowledge. Keeps up to data with new research and integrated applications in the area of data science. TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science or a related discipline with 3 years + experience in data/computational focus. Experience using programming languages such as Python, SQL With experience in SQL data modeling and database management. Experience using visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI. Background in handling big data. Strong track record of manipulating, processing, and extracting data from large databases.
