About the Role This role sits within Group Distribution Office and is the centre of excellence for distribution reporting process and reporting systems. This role delivers value to AIA by facilitating management decision-making process with timely, accurate and insightful reports and dashboards. It handles large volume of data, coordinates with multiple stakeholders including senior stakeholders such as channel CEOs, LBU distribution heads and GCDO, and needs to communicate the data in layman terms on a day-to-day basis, draw conclusions from data and provide insights to management. This role supports GDO to manage annual Strategic Planning process, including Strat Plan template review, data collections and deliver Strat Plan summary deck to senior management. Roles and Responsibilities: Deliver timely, accurate and insightful management reports for Group Distribution business performance tracking Manage the development of Distribution Datamarts and automation of distribution reporting process via Power BI Act as the centre of excellence for distribution reporting KPIs and facilitate discussions between Group Finance, Group Distribution and AIA local Business Units Support Group Distribution annual strat plan process and provide summary and findings to GD leaders Work with IT BAU support team to ensure regular data ingestion and refresh w/ update to the LBUs for Distribution Datamarts Manage Distribution Datamart enhancements w/ TSS, including proposing dashboard design, confirmation of calculation logic and ad hoc data extraction using SQL Perform data analysis and provide insights for Group Distribution senior management’s informed decision making Drive analysis of sales distribution KPI to enable decision making and support strategic review of distribution channels Provide other business support, undertake projects/ initiatives as required by management from time to time Minimum Job Requirements: Minimum 5-8 years of work experience in accounting, management reporting, finance system or business analystics Experience in finance system and datamart, business intelligence and/or data management tools Strong numerical sense, presentation and communication skills Collaborative and good team player High proficiency in English Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
