About the Role Serve as the Integrated Management Position within the Information Technology Team of the Investment Services, Middle Office and IT Department at IAMC — a role reporting to the Operations Team. Responsibilities include drafting and maintaining departmental IT policies, managing the IT budget, overseeing contract administration, ensuring data security and compliance with cross-border data transfer requirements, and serving as backup support for certain application system operations. Roles and Responsibilities: Draft, update, and publish IT policies and procedures for the IAMC IT team. Manage IT vendors and oversee contract administration. Initiate and submit IT budgeting and procurement processes. Handle data security matters and compliance with cross-border data transfer requirements. Provide application system operations support, serving as the backup operations contact for the O32 Trading System and Valuation System. Minimum Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or higher from a full-time university program; candidates with a major in Computer Science or related fields are preferred. Minimum 5 years of professional experience; familiarity with front-, middle-, and back-office investment systems, including their interconnections and data interfaces, is required. Prior hands-on experience in data governance within financial institutions is highly preferred. Meticulous work ethic, outstanding teamwork spirit, strong learning agility, excellent communication skills, and a high sense of responsibility. Proficiency in Oracle and other enterprise-grade databases. Excellent English proficiency—capable of fluent oral communication and authoring professional English documents.
