About the Role 省营销员渠道 / 业务培训 工作职责： 1、培训体系执行 总部项目落地 ：推广并实施总部课程与培训项目 培训资源管理 ：统筹内/外勤培训人员培养、档案维护及数据报表管理 2、分公司培训策略 计划与预算 ：制定并执行省培训预算及年度计划 机构督导 ：监督各分支机构培训实施，动态开发适配业务节奏的课程 授课支援 ：承担重点课程教学任务 3、合规与风控 严格执行岗位合规要求 监控并上报营销团队业务品质风险 任职要求： 1、大学本科毕业，金融、保险、教育 等相关 专业优先。 2、八年或以上保险从业经验。 3、 具有一线培训或销售管理经验 。 Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
