About the Role 岗位围绕高净值业务价值主张中的财富管理和传承版块，通过保险金信托主题为业务前线提供培训、赋能、及客户经营等相关支持；规范保险金信托操作管理，提升服务质量和客户体验。 工作职责： 协助主管完善保险金信托操作管理相关制度和流程； 制作保险金信托操作管理相关操作指引和宣导材料，协助主管开展宣导工作，完成相关项目并为渠道有序推进业务提供综合支持； 执行财富传承主题方面的内勤和营销员渠道培训赋能工作，包括基础通用知识理念的普及教育、专项主题知识的讲解、案例分析，咨询解答及陪访等工作； 协调各相关部门，确保保险金信托操作流程的规范化执行，及时发现潜在风险，持续优化流程； 协助主管与外部合作信托机构对接，维护合作关系，完成具体工作任务； 跟踪保险金信托申请案件，提高案件处理的效率，提升客户体验； 定期整理统计相关数据报表，确保数据的完整性和准确性。 任职资格： 大学本科学历或以上； 5年以上相关领域工作经验，保司营销员渠道或银保渠道经验； 出色的沟通能力、协调能力和项目管理能力，有讲师培训经验优先； 有耐心、注重细节、责任心及抗压能力强； 具有团队合作精神； 熟练掌握Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint，有独立海报制作能力及经验优先。 Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
