If that interests you, read on.  About the Role 高级专员，核保岗 岗位职责： 1.    根据政策规则落地情况，分析反馈核保实务操作问题，为团队主管提供建议支持 2.    根据总部核保作业团队下发的问题件，负责分公司所在地市照会解释，并跟进处理 3.    协助团队主管，指导中支公司运营综合支持人员相关照会解释与跟进工作 4.    负责处理客户存疑核保案件复议申请，并向分公司管理团队主管提供相关解释说明，配合团队主管及运营中心进行核保复议案件处理 5.    协助团队主管，指导中支公司运营综合支持人员相关复议申请处理工作 6.    依据总部核保作业规则流程，负责高峰期授权范围内核保审核作业 7.    负责营销员核保业务知识培训课程材料撰写，提供分公司所在地市营销员核保问题的日常答疑，以及营销员核保业务知识常规培训，及时反馈培训效果与改进建议 8.    支持配合相关核保数据汇总及分析工作 岗位要求： 1.    本科或以上学历；医学专业为佳 2.    3年以上个险核保相关经验 3.    具有良好的沟通与表达能力、良好的客户服务意识和追求卓越品质的特征； 4.    具有独立工作、分析问题和解决问题的能力； 5.    高度责任心，较强的学习能力，抗压能力强并情绪稳定   Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
