The Role Como operador/a de sistemas, tus principales funciones serán: Monitorización proactiva de todas las herramientas de observabilidad. Atención de eventos y sus acciones resolutorias Coordinación y organización en diferentes procesos de gestión de servidcios como el de “Problemas”, “Cambios” y principalmente en el de “Incidencias”. Presencialidad requerida en Ronda.   Horario a Turnos. Who You Are ¿Qué buscamos en ti? Conocimiento de sistemas de alertado de eventos. Capacidad de aplicar procedimientos de forma rigurosa, siguiendo todos los pasos de forma ordenada y organizada. Conocimientos de herramientas de observabilidad, p.e. Grafana. Conocimiento de procesos de Gestión de servicios basados en ITIL, tales como Problemas, Cambios e Incidencias.
