The Role In Systems Management at Kyndryl, you will be critical in ensuring the smooth operation of our customers’ IT infrastructure. Required Technical and Professional Expertise •Engineer with 5+ years of experience in Electronic Data Interchange. •Proficient in Applicability Statement 2 (AS2), IBM Sterling Gentran, and Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP). •Proven experience in managing, monitoring and troubleshooting Electronic Data Interchange transactions. •Monitor daily EDI traffic, investigate transmission failures, and resolve issues. •Develop, test, and maintain EDI maps using tools like IBM Sterling Gentran. •Coordinate with stakeholders to set up, test, and implement new EDI connections. •Analyze failed translation processes, identify root causes of data errors, and apply corrective actions. •Maintain technical documentation for EDI processes, workflows, and partner configurations. •Work with internal and external teams to optimize data interchange processes. •A solid understanding of operating systems (such as Windows, Linux, Mainframe, IBM i) •Familiarity with Incident Management Preferred Technical and Professional Experience •Systematic and troubleshooting skills •Knowledge of EDIFACT Being You The “Kyn” in Kyndryl means kinship, which represents the strong bonds we have with each other, our customers and our communities.
