Role Summary We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer with a dvanced Python expertise  to  design and build intelligent AI solutions. The role focuses on  developing autonomous AI agents, Machine Learning and Deep Learning models, and transforming Jupyter Notebook-based research into scalable, production-ready AI workflows. Key Responsibilities - Develop intelligent AI workflows using Python and Jupyter Notebooks - Design and train Machine Learning and Deep Learning models - Build LLM-powered systems using RAG, tool-based reasoning, and memory mechanisms - Perform advanced data analysis and create meaningful visualizations - Convert notebook-based prototypes into robust, scalable AI pipelines - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions Core Skills Required - Python (Advanced) – automation, data processing, APIs - Machine Learning & Deep Learning (PyTorch / TensorFlow) - Autonomous and Agent-based AI concepts - Jupyter Notebooks – experimentation and AI workflow development - Data analysis & visualization (Pandas, NumPy, Plotly/Matplotlib) - Strong understanding of model evaluation and optimization Good to Have - Experience with LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or AutoGen - Exposure to MLOps or Azure ML - Experience deploying AI models into production Role Outcome Deliver scalable, intelligent AI solutions that enable advanced analytics, automation, and data-driven decision-making Being You The “Kyn” in Kyndryl means kinship, which represents the strong bonds we have with each other, our customers and our communities.
