About the Role Processing of Third-Party Property Damage, Third Party Knock-for-Knock (Cost of Repair) and Own Damage (OD) & Own Damage Knock-for-Knock (ODKFK) claims to ensure compliance with BNM and regulatory bodies. Roles and Responsibilities: Process Own Damage (OD), Third-Party Property Damage (TPPD), and Non-Motor (NM) claims. Assess, negotiate, and approve settlement of claims within delegated authority limits. Review and validate complex claims before submission for higher-level approval. Ensure claims are processed in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and regulatory guidelines. Monitor adherence to SOPs and escalate any compliance or operational issues to the supervisor. Update No Claim Bonus (NCB) promptly based on claim scenarios and police investigation results. Conduct annual reviews of outstanding claim files to ensure accuracy and compliance. Manage claims to ensure processing within agreed Turnaround Time (TAT). Attend to inquiries from agents and customers in a timely and professional manner. Perform other responsibilities and duties as periodically assigned by the supervisor to meet operational and organizational requirements. Provide guidance and support to junior team members on claim assessment and processing. Minimum Job Requirements: Diploma or Degree in any discipline. Non-degree holders with strong relevant experience are encouraged to apply. Minimum 2 years of experience in Motor or PA claims processing. Proficient in claims systems such as   Merimen   and   POLA . Strong communication skills—both written and verbal. Detail-oriented, analytical, and customer-focused.
