About the Role 掌握必要的运营、契约、产品知识，应用项目管理的科学方法和工具，依照新契约管理团队负责人的安排，辅助其在产品交付与新契约团队在新单、新产品、重投转换、渠道业务活动与服务领域的交付管理职责，对交付任务进行支持与提升，对交付成果进行定期分析，提供复盘报告与建议，持续改善交付能力，最大限度减少交付差错。岗位人员需要能够在快节奏的业务迭代中有效地协调内部团队与外部合作伙伴，并在重要业务节点进行支持。 Roles and Responsibilities: 根据新契约主管在新契约内部以及个险业务交付虚拟工作组的业务工作要求，制定交付方案，对运营以及内外对接的各项业务节点在交付过程中实行登记、监控、协调，确保各业务实施团队与人员准时、保质完成业务需求的端对端全流程的交付，跟进新契约以及外部其他对接团队相关交付物的执行情况，协助新契约主管帮助、支持与协调过程中的问题。 跟进个新契约业务专家以及个险业务交付虚拟工作组外部上下游部门或团队的工作，针对不同任务制定并优化任务跟踪清单、交付流程，制定灰度测试方案等，确保产品、服务按照既定目标和时间表成功完成。在跟进交付方案时，需要能准确识别与拆解关键的交付节点与要求，相关的交付人员（上下游内外部专家，下游设置、测试与开发团队及人员），辅助新契约主管进行风险识别与预警。 负责与支持各业务需求在交付过程中的问题记录，制作复盘报告供主管与相关交付参与人员进行改进，持续优化工作流程，减少交付错误。 运用数据分析等手段对新契约业务进行分析，提供数据洞察，解决方案并落地实施。 优先利用电子化工具与平台实施电子化的任务管理，协调上下游以及部门内外的不同团队，包括与产品设计部门的对接以及下游配置、测试与开发部门，确保所有任务在交付实施过程中的准确性、一致性、协同性与时效性。 根据个险业务交付虚拟工作组、新契约的产品、渠道活动与服务设计任务追踪和交付管理标准流程与知识库，并且适时根据不同业务需求进行迭代。 定期提供任务进度更新，包括风险评估和调整策略建议。 配合个险业务交付虚拟工作组以及新契约等专家，组织和支持相关培训活动，以提升运营内外各团队对交付物中运营相关的新规则、新流程和新流程的理解与应用。 其他新契约团队相关工作支持 Minimum Job Requirements: 全日制本科或以上学历 具有保险或金融行业背景，优先考虑有产品实施落地、项目交付管理经验以及契约工作经验的候选人。 熟悉项目管理工具和技术。 熟悉数据分析技能，能运用统计知识与分析工具（Excel，Python，Power BI and SQL一项或多项）分析业务流程问题，提出解决方案并落地实施。若有AI运用综合实践经验则更佳。 优秀的沟通和人际交往能力，能够有效管理跨部门团队合作。 较强的分析和问题解决能力，能够在多任务环境中有效工作。 较强的抗压能力，按需支持团队主管与业务专家参与生产验证。 良好的中英文书写和口头表达能力，准确进行口头与书面报告。 Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
