About the Role 作为分公司品牌经营与客户规划和价值挖掘的第一责任人与联络人，在总公司CCO各职能部门的支持协同下，负责当地品牌公关经营、属地化公益与品牌活动推动、声誉风险管理与宣导培训，强化友邦品牌在当地市场的知名度、美誉度与差异化，以支持业务发展与扩张、招募品牌推动以及目标受众评价提升；在客户规划方面，提炼当地市场情报与客户洞察，深度挖掘客户价值，统筹分公司客户体验优化旅程，策划及推动客户平台与活动，充分发挥“获客-活客-暖客-转化”作用，促进与推动渠道业务发展，实现协同共赢。 品牌公关 1）新闻内容及媒体关系管理 确保本部门按要求完成媒体的日常联络和关系维护，应对媒体日常采访和咨询，对外宣传稿件的发布，执行媒体沟通合作计划/媒体专栏合作项目等 负责通过对分公司管理层的媒体采访策划，呼应并落实友邦人寿的品牌和业务策略在本地的宣传 负责分支机构新闻物料等的审核，包含但不限于高层采访、媒体Q&A、其他涉及企业信息描述的物料等，确保品牌对外统一、正面的形象 2）声誉风险管理 作为分公司声誉风险管理COE，负责化解处理分公司各机构声誉风险相关问题 开展声誉风险对下宣导与培训，推进声誉风险的预防、处置、报告、整改及复盘工作，确保声誉风险在下辖机构的有效承接 辅助总经理健全分支机构声誉风险管理制度，并指导协调分支机构其他职能部门贯彻落实声誉风险管理制度要求 制定并实施分支机构声誉风险情景模拟和应急演练并形成报告；制定并实施分支机构员工教育和培训计划；每半年进行一次声誉风险管理评估报告 确保本部门按要求完成分支机构声誉风险管理报告的整理及汇总工作，并进行相关数据和信息的录入及留档 完成当地监管要求的声誉风险管理相关工作 3）品牌维护及发展 全面负责本地品牌曝光，提升本地品牌知名度；负责品牌制度审核，确保本地品牌形象规范统一 负责承接总部品牌资源平台的落地和推动，有效结合业务需求，提升客户的线上线下品牌体验 负责《友邦人寿保险有限公司品牌广告与活动管理办法》（简称《品牌管理办法》）在分支机构的贯彻和落实；严格按照《品牌管理办法》细则把控品牌CIVI审核、各项传播内容版权审核等 负责品牌预算的合理规划及运用，根据总公司品牌策略、费用使用标准及年度计划，制定符合当地品牌发展阶段需求的品牌推广方案；对分支机构所在市场的品牌知名度及健康度负责 4）品牌社交平台管理 负责《友邦人寿自媒体保险宣传行为管理制度》（简称《自媒体管理制度》）在分支机构的贯彻和落实；严格按照《自媒体管理制度》细则把控分支机构各部门的实施情况尤其是分公司社交平台内容的把关与审核，定时进行分支机构相关社交媒体账号及发布内容的自查管理 公益与品牌活动 统筹管理总部赞助及公益资源的落地，确保公益活动在当地的顺利实施 建立并维护好与当地社会各界相关领域的关系，包括媒体、政府、社会组织等，有效助力友邦社会责任的展现及品牌形象的提升 通过线下活动和公益举措提升目标受众的品牌体验，加强社区联络，提升行业、公众、媒体和政府对企业的评价，支持并促进获客及招募 客户洞察与客户体验 承接总部客户管理战略，统筹开展当地市场客户洞察工作，通过收集市场情报行业信息、竞品分析比较、特定主题客户调研活动等，形成相关报告，支持分公司业务决策 统筹开展客户洞察与研究，通过客户分层数据洞察和对关键客户指标分析等，识别属地化客户经营机会，以支持业务决策 整体负责当地的客户体验管理，针对NPS/CES结果以及影响客户体验的相关问题，协同相关部门协调处理或制定改进计划并组织跟进 统筹分公司客户体验优化工作，在分公司其他部门明确客户体验对接人，承接推动本部门客户体验工作开展 客户平台策划与推动 根据总部整体的规划和推动节奏，结合分公司实际情况负责年度线上线下属地化客户平台活动策划、实施与推动 根据总部整体规划，负责客户平台（OE）在分公司的推广与培训 在总部VIP权益框架下，丰富当地VIP权益内容，确定服务内容与规则，并统筹协调相关权益的采购和落地，协调渠道一起落实VIP权益在前线的推动，并定期上报总部属地化VIP服务权益使用的情况 统筹当地VIP相关活动的策划与实施，确保VIP权益体系在分公司的有效落地 依据总部的制度和计划，搭建并管理分公司的平台推广大使团队，落实相关推广大使的招聘、培训、考核和奖惩机制，与渠道合作持续推广客户经营驱动业务的理念 收集客户反馈，协调处理咨询、纠纷、问题答疑等，并为总部持续优化平台客户体验，提升推动效果提供经验分享和建议输入 部门管理 制定部门工作计划并推动落实，定期追踪工作开展及实施情况，统筹跨部门/团队的沟通协作，以推进工作计划与目标更好落实 组织部门内各项规章制度监督的落实，并及时推动部门内部流程与管理机制的优化提升 负责部门人员管理，管理及评估人员配置，优化团队结构 开展人员绩效考核，支持员工能力培养与发展，提升团队整体能力水平与绩效表现 Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
