About the Role To lead the development and execution of commercial strategies that drive Syariah business growth, optimize distribution performance, and ensure alignment with regulatory and Sharia principles. This role also oversees strategic planning, performance analytics, and the design of compensation and contest programs to boost sales productivity. Roles and Responsibilities: Lead the annual strategic planning process for Syariah commercial business, aligning with corporate goals, market trends, and regulatory expectations. Act as a key advisor to the Commercial Director, providing data-driven insights for decision-making, resource allocation, and channel optimization. Design and implement compensation schemes and sales contests to drive agent productivity, retention, and sales momentum across all Syariah channels. Develop go-to-market strategies and commercial roadmaps for product launches, campaigns, and ecosystem partnerships. Oversee the development of dashboards, scorecards, and performance trackers to monitor KPIs and ensure data integrity. Conduct root-cause analysis and strategic interventions when performance deviates from targets. Coordinate with ParentCo on data definitions, reporting standards, and integrated planning timelines. Collaborate with IT and data teams to ensure robust infrastructure for commercial analytics and reporting. Ensure all strategies and reporting frameworks reflect the unique needs of Syariah business and comply with OJK and DSN-MUI guidelines. Monitor and manage Syariah Value of Expense (VE) to ensure commercial initiatives are cost-effective and within budget Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred) Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial strategy, sales planning, or performance management in insurance or financial services Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with experience in KPI governance and sales force effectiveness Proven ability to design and implement compensation and incentive programs Experience in expense management and financial tracking (VE) Familiarity with Syariah business models and regulatory frameworks (OJK, DSN-MUI) Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
