About the Role 岗位名称： 新机构人才储备-综合管理部负责人 工作地点： 【并非】友邦人寿总部所在地【上海】，具体地点将根据公司当前战略扩张计划及人选个人意向定岗后确定。 岗位职责： 1、建立规范的监管沟通机制，加强与监管机构的沟通，建立良好关系，树立公司在监管中的良好形象和口碑，助力公司重要战略落地； 2、建立分公司层面规范统一的综合行政工作体系； 3、政府部门与监管政策分析，预判趋势和风险，为管理层的决策提供协助； 4、按照监管要求，负责分公司信息披露制度的落实； 5、对下辖分支机构对外事务提供专业指导和支持； 6、为分公司的运作提供管理支持，如管理经营会议组织、规划支持、项目统筹、督办协调等； 7、应急管理协调人，设立分公司突发事件管理团队，建立健全分公司层级的突发事件管理计划； 8、统筹协调分公司业务规划的制定以及规划执行情况跟踪； 9、撰写管理报告，包括内部管理报告以及复杂跨部门监管报告； 10、管理会议组织以及决策执行督办； 11、提供跨部门项目管理支持。 岗位要求： 1、本科或以上学历，具有7年以上寿险相关经验； 2、人选需具备良好的文字表达能力、人际沟通能力和基础英文读写能力； 3、认真主动、条理性强并富有责任心。 Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
