The Role As a System Administrator at Kyndryl, you will technically lead the automation and operations squads, ensuring the implementation of DevOps and SRE practices that improve availability, resilience, operational efficiency, and speed of value delivery. This role will be responsible for guiding the team in adopting modern tools, agile methodologies, and quality standards, as well as facilitating collaboration between development and operations. Key Responsibilities Lead technical squads in the implementation of resilient and scalable solutions. Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for multiple environments. Oversee observability and incident response (MTTR, MTTD). Promote a DevOps culture and continuous automation practices. Participate in innovation committees and provide technical mentorship. Ensure SLA and KPI compliance through dashboards and reports. Coordinate with technical and business stakeholders to align deliverables. Required Skills and Experience Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative work environment Technical knowledge and expertise in the given technology/service domain Proven ability to think strategically, analyze complex challenges, and develop innovative solutions that align with business objectives Effective problem-solving skills to address issues and optimize with smarter way of working Infrastructure and Containers Docker, Kubernetes, AKS, OpenShift, WebApp Azure PaaS Services, Azure Functions Redis Cache, CosmosDB, MongoDB, Azure SQL, SQL Server DevOps and Observability CI/CD: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps Monitoring: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack Testing: Selenium, Rest Assured, Karate DSL, Serenity, Cucumber Security: Fortify, SonarQube Methodologies and Tools Agile, Scrum, Kanban Jira, Bitbucket, Xray Desired Skills and Experience Certifications in DevOps, Azure, Kubernetes, or SRE. Experience leading multidisciplinary teams. Knowledge of AppCare-style operational models and digital transformation.
