The Role Como Analista de TI – Especialista em Modern Workplace , você será responsável pela administração, governança e evolução contínua do ambiente de Modern Workplace da Microsoft , atuando de ponta a ponta nos serviços de Microsoft 365, Microsoft Intune (MDM/MAM), SCCM/MECM (Endpoint Configuration Manager) e SharePoint/OneDrive. A função tem como foco garantir estabilidade, segurança, conformidade e eficiência operacional dos serviços entregues aos usuários finais. Principais Responsabilidades Administrar e suportar a plataforma Microsoft 365 , incluindo gestão de usuários, grupos e licenças e seus principais workloads (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive e Power Platform). Atuar em ambientes híbridos (quando aplicável), garantindo integração e funcionamento entre componentes cloud e on‑premises. Implementar e manter políticas de segurança e compliance (ex.: MFA, DLP, DKIM) e apoiar demandas de auditoria/relatórios específicos . Definir e sustentar processos de onboarding/offboarding , garantindo padronização, rastreabilidade e aderência às políticas de acesso. Criar e manter automações e fluxos de governança (ex.: criação padronizada de Teams/Grupos, controles e rotinas operacionais). Administrar o Microsoft Intune (MDM) , incluindo gestão de dispositivos, perfis e políticas (restrição de apps, redes, VPN), além de suporte a Android e iOS . Gerenciar governança do parque de dispositivos (registro, monitoramento, relatórios) e atuar em ações operacionais como bloqueio remoto/limpeza quando necessário. Administrar o SCCM/MECM , incluindo infraestrutura (Sites/DPs), distribuição de softwares , updates/upgrades de SO, integração com WSUS e, quando aplicável, integração com Intune.   Manter rotinas de manutenção do SCCM (ex.: limpeza/rotinas do banco), e apoiar a existência de ambientes de testes/homologação .   Administrar SharePoint e OneDrive , garantindo governança de sites/bibliotecas, requisitos de backup/retenção , migrações planejadas e auditoria de acessos/compartilhamento externo. Apoiar demandas de customização e integrações com Power Apps/Power Automate , além de suporte recorrente (permissões, recuperação de dados, etc.). Requisitos técnicos: Experiência comprovada com Microsoft 365 (administração, governança, troubleshooting e gestão de identidade). Conhecimentos em segurança e compliance no ecossistema Microsoft (políticas e controles como MFA/DLP/DKIM e auditoria). Experiência com Microsoft Intune (MDM) e gestão de dispositivos (Android/iOS), incluindo políticas, perfis e conformidade. Experiência com SCCM/MECM , incluindo distribuição de software, atualizações, e integração com WSUS e (quando aplicável) Intune. Experiência com SharePoint Online e OneDrive , incluindo governança, permissões, auditoria de acessos e compartilhamento externo.
