About the Role 岗位：高级专员，培训与大单支持岗 主要职责：  负责所属机构渠道支持团队及渠道伙伴培训/赋能活动的组织与开展；并策划、组织、推动部门各类培训及培训推广活动；  根据分公司人力发展计划，提供优增、优育推动相关赋能培训； 根据分公司银保发展策略，以培养和发展为目标，为BDD/BDM提供专业技能培训，打造高绩效团队； 配合主持银保内外部各项晨会与夕会； 协同分公司培训团队，为所属机构的渠道支持团队及渠道伙伴提供培训与大单支持，包括现场培训、大单辅导与成功案例分享、线上培训等，确保渠道重点活动顺利进行，提升大额交易能力； 全力支持合作银行VIP客户沙龙、大单销售支持，推动大单成交。 任职基本要求： 大学本科及以上学历； 3年以上保险或银行工作经验，有培训、高净值客户保险营销或管理相关经验优先考虑； 沟通协调能力强，表达能力、商务演示能力佳。 Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
