Job Description What You’ll Build Assist Agents is Motorola’s next-gen agentic AI for public safety—helping 9-1-1 call takers, dispatchers, analysts, and officers get answers in seconds, not minutes. It’s fast, reliable, embedded in real workflows, and powered by real-time AI. As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer , you’ll work across frontend and backend layers to build seamless user experiences and robust APIs. You’ll help craft agentic AI services, integrate with mission-critical systems, and continuously improve how public safety professionals interact with Assist.   Your Role Build and maintain core features across both frontend (Angular/TypeScript) and backend (Node/Python/REST) systems. Design APIs and services that support real-time, AI-driven decisions . Collaborate with design, product, and AI teams to ship intuitive user experiences with speed and quality. Contribute to architecture decisions , technical design , and code reviews that raise the bar. Write clean, testable, maintainable code—and help others do the same. Own what you build— from dev to prod and it’s feedback loop . What You Bring 5+ years of professional experience as a full-stack engineer. Strong experience with LLMs, chat interfaces, NLP, and RESTful/GraphQL APIs. Ability to design and implement systems that are scalable, secure, and performant . A product mindset—able to think beyond tickets and code. Clear communication and a collaborative spirit. Bonus: experience with MCP, Agentic AI, or real-time systems.
