Strategic and Operational Alignment. Roll out strategic plans of company to agency force and align agency leader’s goals and expectations accordingly. To minimize the gap between management and agency force. Driving the company’s key initiatives and growth by working together with the SDOA to strategize and plan for location sales activities and programs Develop positive business relationships with relationship with assigned agency groups and internal stakeholders. Liaise with Operational teams for underwriting, after sales supports. Job Requirements Education – Degree Holder Experience Preferably with at least 3 years working experience in relevant industry. Sales experiences in insurance/investment sales is preferred Certifications/licenses – CMFAS M5, M9, M9A, HI Special skills preferred Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel, Word & PowerPoint Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to multi-task Sharp business acumen, adaptable and team player Believe in better with AIA.  If you work at AIA, you play an important part in this movement.
