Responsibilities typically include identifying improvement opportunities, developing and proposing solutions, and supporting implementation activities. The position also requires close collaboration with cross functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of process improvement initiatives. Additionally, the role involves ongoing monitoring, reporting, and evaluation of implemented changes to ensure sustainable, continuous improvement and policy adherence. In this role, you will also participate in the Mastercard Launch program, an 18 month program aimed at entry level talent, to help you develop skills and gain cross-functional work experience. Launch participants will be assigned to a business unit where you will learn, develop new skills, and gain valuable on the job experience. All About You To be available to start from 1st September 2026 To be a Final Year Undergraduate/Masters students or to have graduated no earlier than September 2025 Most suitable for students majoring in: Business Management, Business Administration, Corporate Governance, Compliance or Law Critical thinking, logical, clear communicator (verbal and written) Confidence with numbers Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects concurrently High-energy, can-do attitude, very strong sense of ownership Analytical and problem-solving skills Strong strategic and conceptual aptitude Application Process Deadline for application: 25th of March 2026.
