As a technical leader, you will oversee the software development team to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery, serving as a technical expert and guide for engineers and product owner. You will help to set technical direction, collaborate with product and management teams, resolving complex technical issues, mentoring team members and ensuring the team meets deadlines and quality standards Responsibilities Own development of the product build, leveraging technical expertise in the programming language relevant to the project Contribute towards the product roadmap and strategic choices, using knowledge and experience to estimate effort and guide the product owner Attend team stand-ups, sprint planning sessions, retros and be an active participant Plan for the sprint planning sessions, by ensuring the engineering team has work to do and is clear on what/how to do the work Lead solution designs for the product, including complex technical edge-cases, where experience is required to make a good choice Collaborate and coordinate with technical experts and cross-functional teams across the organization including data engineering, data science, and tech ops Review pull requests & guide and mentor engineers on the team Experience and Qualifications: 10+ years of relevant experience in the industry and at least three year performing technical lead duties Proficient in at least one of NodeJS, ReactJS, Java or Python programming languages Proficient in Azure cloud, DevSecOps & Terraform Proficient in at least one testing framework Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders You must provide all requested information, including Personal Data, to be considered for this career opportunity.
