About the Role 该岗位主要负责新机构区域团险渠道市场企划、业务推动 岗位职责： 1、制定新机构团险渠道的竞赛方案，并负责组织实施，追踪效果； 2、制定新机构培训和客户活动的企划方案，负责活动物料设计、制作，追踪活动组织实施效果； 3、负责新机构团转个业务的推动工作，包括但不限于业务推动、KPI追踪，确保年度指标达成； 4、协助督导新机构业务完成情况，汇总编制各项报表，定期完成业务经营分析报告。 任职要求： 1、大学本科或以上学历； 2、5年以上个险或团险市场企划及相关工作经验，有团险职域开拓经验者优先； 3、熟练使用MS-Office软件； 4、客户导向，有较强的团队协作、沟通协调能力、表达能力； 5、良好的解决问题能力。 Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
