About the Role 岗位名称：山东分公司人才储备 如果您是以下领域的专业人才，同时对保险行业有兴趣，欢迎您投递您的简历申请“山东 分公司人才储备 ”，与我们接触，我们相信积极坦诚的职业对话，会让我们双方受益匪浅，并探索出很多美妙的职业机会。 请注意， “山东分公司人才储备”并非目前具体的岗位，而是加入AIA的人才库，通过该桥梁链接友邦人才招募团队，给到彼此更多接触和了解的机会。 营销员渠道： 营销员渠道业务发展经理（储备管理岗） 岗位职责： 1.   策略规划： •协助机构负责人分解和落实业务发展战略和规划, 达成各项关键考核指标。 2.  业绩推动： •指导各类营销员活动，推动业务发展； •协助家族主管会的举办，给予业务主管建议和意见，协助其提升管理能力； •指导主管商业计划的制定并提出改善方案；   •通过面谈、辅导等方式及时了解营销员需求，协助其提升产能； •督促推动并执行各类业务发展活动，确保其有效实施。 3.  日常工作： •营管处晨会的经营与管理； •公司信息的传达与宣导； •协调所负责区域和公司相关部门的关系，处理日常行政事务； •指导下属员工处理营销员的意见、建议和投诉； •辅导下属员工提升个人业务能力。 4.   营销员业务品质和销售行为管理： •在业务会议中推广业务品质和合规经营理念； •协助合规等部门对营销员进行合规和纪律管理； •及时发现并报告营销员团队中存在业务品质风险和异常业务行为。 基本要求： •本科或以上学历，10 年以上相关工作经验 •系统的业务管理结构和保险经营环境知识 •强大的领导力，优秀的分析和决策能力 •基础业务培训及资源管理技能 •卓越的沟通和演讲技巧 •扎实的项目管理技巧 Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
