About the Role You will gain hands-on experience in the daily insurance operations including underwriting support, claims processing, contact center support, and policy owner services. You also will be responsible for delivering standard reports on periodic basis as required by the business for operations, regulatory, statutory purpose. Key Responsibilities: Underwriting Support: Assist in reviewing and verifying customer documentation for policy issuance. Help maintain accurate records and update underwriting systems. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve data discrepancies. Claims Processing: Support claims intake and documentation validation. Assist in tracking claim statuses and updating internal systems. Collaborate with claims analysts to ensure timely processing. Contact Center Operations: Provide backend support for customer inquiries and service requests. Help document call outcomes and escalate unresolved issues. Analyze call data to identify trends and improvement areas. Policy Owner Services: Assist in processing policy changes, updates, and cancellations. Help manage customer correspondence and service requests. Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards. Job Requirement: Preferably an undergraduate in the penultimate or final year of bachelor’s degree in Science, Social Science, Business Management, Administration or any related program Must be proficient in both written and spoken English C andidate with proficiency to converse in Mandarin / Cantonese would be an added advantage. Excel academically with minimum CGPA 3.00 or second class upper or equivalent Minimum duration would be 12 weeks or above Compulsory internship placements by university Willing to work in Cyberjaya Note: There are internship positions available across various department and y our role will be assigned based on your interest and suitability.
