MediCard  is currently looking for assertive, dynamic and energetic individuals to fill up the following vacancy: Assists ECU patients. Supervise and maintains the personalized medical services given to members. Directly reports to clinic manager and supervisor. Works under minimal supervision. Relying on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish assigned goals. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES • Greets the patients with a smile. To establish rapport with ECU patients. To let them feel comfortable by introducing oneself gaining patient’s trust and confidence. • Explains the step by step procedures that are included in their package. • Maximizes their time during their stay at the clinic and makes sure that all procedures included in their package are done in a systematic and efficient manner. • Updates the patient from time to time with regard to their status. • Attends to patients at the reception area. • Monitors all the ECU patients scheduled for the day. • Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • Education : Graduate of BS Nursing or any related medical course • Experience : At least 6 months work experience • Other Skills : With good written and verbal skills, organized and systematic with good inter-personal relation skills.
