About the Role You will gain hands-on experience in the daily insurance operations including Customer Service Operations. You also will be responsible for delivering standard reports on periodic basis as required by the business for operations, regulatory, statutory purpose. Automate tasks using Excel VBA and Power Automate Build data models and dashboards in Power BI Transform data with Power Query Manage data integration via Microsoft Fabric and Dataverse Collaborate with stakeholders and document solutions. Job Requirement: Preferably an undergraduate in the penultimate or final year of Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience). Must be proficient in both written and spoken English Excel academically with minimum CGPA 3.00 or second class upper or equivalent Minimum duration would be 12 weeks or above Compulsory internship placements by university Willing to work in Cyberjaya Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
