If that interests you, read on.  About the Role Responsible to review distribution channel’s campaign scheme and cost, channel compensation, and provide the update in the channel profitability’s forecasting. Ensuring distribution channel’s marketing campaign cost and benefit are acceptable to meet the financial target. Proposing changes of scheme, terms and conditions if needed. Perform risk and financial assessment on the proposed Agency or Bancassurance compensation. Ensure proper checking and testing of new/updated compensation in system. Update the channel profitability’s forecasting on regular basis and highlight potential actions to meet the financial target. Liaise with various departments to get data, insight or understanding when assessing campaigns or reviewing finance material to be presented to EXCO.
