Own digital platform technology roadmap Implement IT and Design Standard on digital platform Lead coordination with Business, IT, design and group working team to ensure digital platform development and improvement projects is aligned with company objective and digital platform technology roadmap Identify and lead solutioning discussions for potential setback within digital platform development and implementation Update stakeholder on digital platform issues that potentially impacting company objective or digital platform technology roadmap and propose solution options to mitigate issues Ensure customer centricity is prioritized in each functionality to be released, manage phasing and drop to ensure optimum value delivered to customers and users Engage in digital platform UI design and UX research with Human Centric Department (HCD) Monitor digital platforms usability and stability Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
