About the Role 岗位名称：经理，银保部负责人 岗位职责： 监管批筹后：参与廊坊中支（筹）银保相关筹建工作。 开业后： 根据年度规划和目标，部署年度重点工作及项目，以达成分公司下发的业务目标。 根据分公司战略和业务需求，发展和维护本地区银行渠道的合作关系，开拓地方性银行的合作机遇。 组织实施渠道拓展活动完成渠道合作项目的推动，指导和督促业务经理，实施渠道拓展活动达成渠道目标。 组织实施对银行销售人员的培训，提升销售技能，提高网点活动率和网点产能。 内部销售团队的建立培养和管理，强化专业能力。 监督中支部门整体营运成本，控制预算。 内部营运流程的管理。 合规及业务品质管理。 任职要求： 大学本科以上学历。 5年以上销售工作经验，3年以上管理销售团队经验并具有市场开拓能力。 各银行有稳定的合作关系，熟悉寿险银保各项规章制度，了解行业规则。 沟通协调能力强，表达能力、商务演示能力佳。 中英文俱佳。 思维灵活性和逻辑性高、具备一定的创新能力。 性格大方、具亲和力、抗压力好、积极阳光、富有激情。 此为廊坊中支（筹）岗位，实际工作地点在廊坊 Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
