About the Role 该岗位负责大健康服务实施与管理部健康管理服务的运营工作管理，设计制定服务流程，保证运营服务顺畅。 岗位职责： 负责制定健康管理服务运营工作计划、管理方案、操作流程并监督实施执行。 需要对友邦的保单新单与保全服务流程全面了解，能敏锐的洞察保单服务流程的变化和单独售卖服务流程变化之间的联动性，并及时与相应团队沟通协调，确保服务流程的顺畅。  负责运营团队的整体搭建、培训、激励及考核，提升团队工作积极性。按照运营岗的KPI 要求，保证日常健康管理服务符合公司要求。 大健康服务投诉管理：负责大健康自建与供应商提供的全量服务中升级投诉的处理与管理，并确保溯源整方案的落地追踪，降低投诉率，提升一次性投诉解决率。 负责新产品运营服务的流程设计与制定，并配合线上购买流程设置及测试。负责对运营操作系统提出优化改进建议。 大健康服务产品客户满意度反馈数据分析，追踪改进方案的落地执行，确保大健康服务产品满意度的持续提升。 大健康部门服务运营闭环管理：建立健康管理服务的运营制度，对运营工作中发现的流程问题，从客户体验与产品服务角度出发，给出合理的改进建议。 负责收集优化大健康服务团队AI 智能与系统智能化提升需求并于IT BA 团队协调需求优先级，帮助服务团队降本增效。 上级主管安排交办的其他工作。 岗位最低要求： 大学本科临床医学及以上学历。 至少10年及以上健康管理服务运营管理以及投诉处理工作经验，5年寿险公司核保及保全运营相关工作经验。 具有敏锐的洞察能力以及很强的沟通协调能力。 具有很强的营运管理经验，熟悉投诉处理流程并准确找到问题根因提出可行的整改方案。 主动积极，有创新精神，公平公正，具有责任心，以结果为导向。 很强的团队合作和人际沟通能力。 熟练运用office办公软件，精通PPT、Word、Excel、报告制作。 Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
