The Role As a Process Specialist at Kyndryl, you will play a critical role in enhancing operational efficiency and driving business transformation. You will lead initiatives to reduce process times, implement best practices, and optimize workflows across multiple business functions. This position requires strong analytical skills, deep knowledge of process management methodologies, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable improvements.   Key Responsibilities:   Lead process improvement   project s to streamline operations and reduce cycle times.   Analyze workflows,   identify   bottlenecks, and propose automation opportunities. And finally,   you’re   open and borderless – naturally inclusive   in   how you work with others.       Required Technical and Professional Experience   Minimum 8 years of experience in IT systems, process optimization, or related roles.    Proven   track record   of leading successful process improvement   project s in enterprise environments.    Experience with automation and digital transformation initiatives.   Deep knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM) tools and methodologies.    Advanced   proficiency   in Excel and Visio for process mapping and analysis.    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.    Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.   Bachelor's or master's   degree in information technology, Business Administration, or related field.    Fluent English (written and spoken).     Preferred Technical and Professional Experience   Relevant certifications such as Lean Six Sigma or BPM   are highly   preferred.   Being You Diversity is a whole lot more than what we look like or where we come from, it’s how we think and who we are.
