Managing escalations, engaging with customers,   optimizing   workflows and priorities, and efficiently handling backlogs will be second nature to you.   You’ll   run Agile ceremonies – driving improvement in our delivery processes. Your determination to enhance squad outcomes is the catalyst for success.       As a Squad Leader,   you'll   be the bridge between business requirements and innovative solutions. Through close collaboration with stakeholders,   you'll   gain profound insights into their needs and translate them into strategies that push the boundaries of   what's   achievable. However, equally as important – you have a growth mindset; keen to drive your own personal and professional development. And finally,   you’re   open and borderless – naturally inclusive   of   how you work with others.     Required Skills and Experience       5–10 years of experience in mainframe operations, systems administration, or product/project management.   Minimum 3 years in   leadership   or squad lead role.   Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field    Deep   expertise   in mainframe console operations, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and batch processing.   Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.   Proven ability to drive modernization initiatives and process improvements.   English: Advanced ( required   for documentation, communication with global teams, and vendor interaction).     Preferred Skills and Experience   Certifications: ITIL, Agile/Scrum, or mainframe technologies.   Experience with Agile methodologies and high-performing team leadership.   Ability to manage complex delivery environments and client relationships.   Being You Diversity is a whole lot more than what we look like or where we come from, it’s how we think and who we are.
