Who You Are You’re good at what you do and possess the required experience to prove it. Required Technical and Professional Expertise 7+ years supporting and managing x86 hardware in enterprise environments. Hands‑on administration of Windows Server 2016/2019. VMware ESX/ESXi administration experience. Experience with public/private cloud management, especially migrations from on‑prem to cloud. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills; effective written and verbal communication. Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent practical experience). English proficiency: Intermediate to advanced (required for global communication and documentation) Preferred Technical and Professional Experience Automation/IaC experience (e.g., infrastructure as code patterns, templating, pipelines). Vulnerability management program experience. Microsoft Active Directory & Federation Services expertise. Hands-on experience with HPE servers and storage equipment.
