About the Role 岗位名称： 新机构人才储备-HR负责人 工作地点： 【并非】友邦人寿总部所在地【上海】，具体地点将根据公司当前战略扩张计划及人选个人意向定岗后确定。 岗位职责： 1、负责新机构筹备阶段的人才招聘及培养、招聘渠道的开发及拓展、人才招聘及团队搭建、人才储备及人才培养； 2、作为人力资源合作伙伴，提供人力资源相关政策、流程在新机构的实施及监督； 3、负责人力资源各项工作在新机构的执行及推动并作为新机构人力资源负责人，为业务及组织发展提供专业人力资源支持，包括且不限于招聘、绩效管理、敬业度文化、员工关系、关键人才保留和发展等HR各模块。 岗位要求： 1、本科或以上学历，企业管理或相关专业，在相关领域具备10年以上工作经验； 2、人选需具备人力资源实践的专业知识，熟悉当地和国家有关劳动关系问题和相关事项的基本法律法规，并具备专业的人员招聘和评估技能； 3、具备良好的沟通能力、人际交往能力、问题解决和冲突管理能力者将作为加分条件。 Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
