About the Role 岗位名称： 新机构人才储备-财务负责人 工作地点： 【并非】友邦人寿总部所在地【上海】，具体地点将根据公司当前战略扩张计划及人选个人意向定岗后确定。 岗位职责： 1、该岗位总体职责为统筹管理分支机构所有财务活动、认真贯彻执行国家各项财经政策/法规和制度及接受总公司财务部的垂直领导和监督，落实总公司财务部制定的公司财务战略和规章制度； 2、预算与费用管理工作包括以财务分析及预测协助业务部门进行经营决策、组织财务预算的实施、控制成本费用、确保公司资产的安全完整和保值增值并不断提高公司经济效益和偿付能力； 3、报告与统计管理工作包括及时向管理者、相关部门等内外部相关方提供财务资料、切实做好各项统计上报工作的协调和督导，确保分支机构各项财务统计工作顺利开展和实施； 4、税务与资金管理工作包括维护与财政、税务、银行等当地机构的关系、定期组织财务人员参加各类业务培训，提升专业水平； 5、人员与团队管理包括负责对部门员工的绩效考核，提出分公司财会人员的任用和调配方案。 岗位要求： 1、本科及以上学历，会计、金融、经济学等相关专业； 2、熟悉保险行业的商业模式以及管理特性，具有2年以上团队管理经验； 3、熟悉寿险行业的保险法律法规、行业监管规则、企业会计准则、税务规则，过往从事过会计、审计和咨询等专业工作，有8年以上相关工作经验，对会计核算、财务战略、预算管理有扎实的理论基础； 4、具有较强的学习能力、基本英语书写和沟通能力，拥有会计职业资格证/中级会计职称及以上的专业资质者将作为加分条件。 Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
