About the Role 新机构储备招聘岗位： 1、招聘范围：运营管理、专业支持、运营服务、反欺诈管理方向； 2、招聘职级：上述方向的职能负责人岗位、业务执行岗位； 3、工作地点：【并非】友邦人寿总部所在地【上海】，具体地点将根据公司当前战略扩张计划及人选个人意向定岗后确定。 岗位职责： 1、负责分公司运营部的工作统筹指导，制定部门发展规划、年度工作计划、预算计划，协调统筹运营及服务条线公司级运营项目承接，推动项目落地实施； 2、推动核保、保全相关政策规则承接落地，指导渠道/客户核保/保全照会问题件处理，提供专业咨询和疑难解答； 3、根据分公司层面监管政策与服务承诺要求，统筹分公司客服/渠道服务管理，统筹所辖范围柜面管理，分析柜面运转情况，制定落实改善计划，营收付费及单证管理； 4、统筹管理分公司反渗透与反欺诈工作，收集分公司辖内反欺诈信息，撰写相关分析报告。协助理赔案件调查处理、理赔诉讼支持，向营销员及客户解释理赔结论，处理理赔纠纷。 岗位要求： 1、本科及以上学历，职能负责人具备10年以上工作经验，业务执行岗位具备5年以上相关工作经验，保险、医学、法律等相关专业优先考虑； 2、人选需具备良好的团队合作精神，责任心强、工作积极主动、性格开朗、为人随和； 3、具备优秀的沟通能力、清晰的文字及语言表达能力及具有创新思维、能够不断提出新服务举措者将作为加分条件。 Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
