Start your Voyage – Apply Now Profile Summary Manage the Broker Dealer’s Licensing and Registration organization for Voya Financial, with direct responsibility for onboarding, registration, and licensing for new and existing associated persons. This role is accountable for the operational execution and adoption of changes to the licensing and registration model, translating strategic direction into scalable, compliant, and advisor‑centric processes. Please Note:   This role will have a hybrid in‑office work schedule. Details of your in‑office schedule will be discussed with your manager. Profile Description Directly manage licensing associates and team leads responsible for advisor onboarding, registration, and licensing execution. Train, coach, and support direct reports to ensure consistent, high‑quality execution of onboarding, registration, and licensing processes. Own the day‑to‑day management of onboarding, registration, and licensing operations, ensuring service level, quality, and regulatory expectations are met. Lead the operational execution and implementation of changes to the licensing and registration model, including process, workflow, role, and capacity impacts across the advisor execution team. Identify execution risks, dependencies, and advisor experience impacts related to licensing model changes and escalate insights to leadership to inform strategy and sequencing. Participate in vendor relationship management and system enhancements required to support licensing, registration, and onboarding processes. Closely align with broker/dealers to manage and communicate licensing‑related functions, updates, and operational modifications. Serve as a content owner for process and policy documentation related to onboarding, registration, and licensing, including owned Written Supervisory Procedures. Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external business partners on licensing and registration execution, issue resolution, and escalations. Drive change adoption within Licensing & Registration through training, communication, metrics, and performance management. Perform other duties as assigned. Knowledge & Experience Significant experience in financial services operations, with deep knowledge of FINRA and state registration and licensing requirements. Experience implementing operating model, process, or system changes within a regulated environment, with accountability for execution and adoption. Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with strategy, compliance, and oversight leaders to operationalize change. Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to develop teams, manage performance, and lead through change. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence peers and business partners without direct authority. Technical aptitude and understanding of how operational systems integrate and support licensing and registration processes. Strong organizational, execution, and prioritization skills while managing multiple initiatives simultaneously. Demonstrated analytical and problem‑solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint; MS Access a plus. Bachelor’s degree or higher required. Series 7 and 24 required within six months of hire. Reporting Relationship:   Reports to the VP, Broker Dealer Operations Role Focus:   This role is accountable for advisor‑facing execution and operational adoption of licensing strategy, not for defining licensing strategy itself. #LI-MG1 Compensation Pay Disclosure: Voya is committed to pay that’s fair and equitable, which means comparable pay for comparable roles and responsibilities. The below annual base salary range reflects the expected hiring range(s) for this position in the location(s) listed. In addition to base salary, Voya offers incentive opportunities (i.e., annual cash incentives, sales incentives, and/or long-term incentives) based on the role to reward the achievement of annual performance objectives. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Voya Financial is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted salary range based upon the candidate’s geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
