The role shall provide architecture level solution, cross applications/functions analysis and design in application projects. The role also takes Senior Specialist’s work as projects needs. Roles and Responsibilities: •    Analyze user requirements, existing and new business models and provide solutions by fine-tuning existing sub-systems or an existing functional areas of the systems and procedures.  (10%) •    Design system and other work aligned with  security, compliance, and design principles through focus on quality, evaluate and conduct cost effective solutions.  (20%) •    Translate business requirement (BRD)/function specification (FS) to technical design requirements including test strategy and quality ensurance approach (40%) •    Prepare Test case/scenario, conduct system testing and implementation schedules (5%) •    Analyze and solving technical problems align with the applicable standards and guidelines (10%) •    Assist users to fully utilise the systems by providing training and clarification of problems (5%) •    Train junior staff on business and technical knowledge  (10%) •    Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements.   Job Requirements: •    Be professional in IT or related disciplines •    Minimum 7 years IT working experience, at least 5 years system assessments •    Proficient in  IT application development at least one platform: Cloud platforms, Linux/Windows/Unix platforms, database platform, Web/mobile applications •    3 yrs experience in team management (3-5 staff) •    Good command of English both in oral and written •    Effective verbal and written communication skills •    Problem solving skill •    Strong insurance business background •    Collaboration spirit, Stable, Mature, Willing to take ownership   Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live healthier, longer, better lives.
