Facilitate sessions with leaders and teams, including hybrid and virtual formats. Support adoption of transformation practices and new platforms (e.g., Kyndryl Bridge). Conduct cultural diagnostics through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and organizational tools. Create narratives and materials that reinforce desired culture and values. Partner on high-impact initiatives (The Kyndryl Way values, Engagement Survey results, customer experience needs). Identify cultural barriers and propose interventions. Collaborate with internal communication and learning teams. Desired Experience and Skills 5+ years in user experience research, organizational design, cultural transformation, or change management. Strong facilitation skills for workshops and complex conversations. Advanced qualitative research: interviews, focus groups, cultural pattern mapping, narrative analysis. Project management expertise: planning, execution, and delivery of change initiatives. Empathy and active listening to understand leaders’ and employees’ needs. Creative thinking and assertive communication. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (including survey and data analysis tools). Experience facilitating hybrid sessions with large groups (~100 participants). Plus: experience in technology, consulting, or infrastructure services.
