As a Senior Associate - Accounting you´ll be responsible for: Responsibilities: Assist and execute the preparation and maintenance of local statutory accounting records and financial statements, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with local requirements. Support the submission of statutory filings by organizing documentation and coordinating with relevant internal teams. Help gather and compile financial and statistical information requested by local regulatory authorities. Collaborate with Finance, Tax, and other departments to collect and validate data needed for statutory reporting and compliance. Provide administrative and logistical support during external audits, including organizing audit evidence and tracking deliverables. Assist in monitoring and documenting internal controls related to statutory accounting processes. Support the use and maintenance of accounting systems and tools used for statutory reporting and compliance. Stay informed of basic regulatory and accounting updates and escalate relevant changes to senior team members. Required Skills and Expertise More than 1 year of: Experience in the fields of accounting , specially in local books preparation and/or  audit supports. Focus on goals and results Good communication & time management skills Ability to work under time pressure Excel Knowledge: Basic level of Excel, specifically in the use of pivot tables. Advanced knowledge in macros is not required. Intermediate English: Ability to communicate in English, as part of the team is based in the United States and Canada.
