The person is also able to analyze the requirements and transfer the results to developers and technical technical analysts and is quite autonomous in managing his tasks. And finally, you’re open and borderless – naturally inclusive in how you work with others.  Who You Are Requirements:    At least 2 year of experience in Financial Services environments.  Degree in STEM disciplines  Experience as an IT Functional Analyst in understanding functional requirements and translating them into functional analysis.  Good knowledge of core banking processes such as current accounts, document management, mortgages, digital and biometric signatures, securities, derivatives, and anti-money laundering reporting.  Proactive, available, and quick to learn the dynamics of an application context.  Proficiency in Italian & English language     Nice to have:  Knowledge of PL/SQL language. Knowledge of standard modeling languages (e.g. UML) and notations (e.g. BPMN) Experience using specific tools for requirements managements and analysis (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Trello,...)
