You will use a variety of tools and techniques to defend against a wide range of cyber threats, such as malware, ransomware, phishing attacks, and data breaches. But that's not all – at Kyndryl, you will also have the opportunity to implement new cybersecurity systems and policies to ensure the protection of our customers’ data and assets. You will monitor and review potential threats from various cybersecurity systems and conduct proof-of-concepts (POCs) with new cyber security software to evaluate its effectiveness and potential integration into the organization's systems. Not only will you be responsible for ensuring the security of Kyndryl's customers’ network and systems, but you will also enrich the organization’s knowledge towards potential cyber threats and best practices. You will provide automation scripts for threat hunting in customer environments using lessons learned from Cyber-attacks. You will also have the opportunity to conduct penetration testing and threat and vulnerability assessments of applications, operating systems, and networks, responding to cybersecurity breaches and identifying intrusions. You will research and evaluate cybersecurity threats and perform root cause analysis, all while assisting in the creation and implementation of security solutions. Required Skills and Experience Having 7+ years of Exp in The SOC AI & Automation Lead AI, GenAI & Autonomous Security Capabilities Design and implement AI/ML models for: Threat detection & correlation Behavioral analytics and anomaly detection Pattern-based alert noise reductionusing Microsoft Sentinel and Kyndryl Bridge AI frameworks. Integrate GenAI to enable: Automated incident summarization Predictive threat modelling Automated Root Cause Analysis (RCA) generation Analyst workflow virtual assistants. Lead development of agentic AI systems that support autonomous decision-making and response orchestration while incorporating human validation checkpoints. Ensure the use of Responsible AI standards—fairness, explainability, model transparency & auditability. Automation & SOAR Engineering Architect, develop, and maintain automation playbooks using: Azure Logic Apps, Kyndryl Bridge, Microsoft Sentinel Automations. Streamline incident triage, enrichment, containment, and remediation workflows to reduce analyst effort. Preferred Skills and Experience Build modular, reusable, and version-controlled components in collaboration with: SOAR Developers Threat Content Engineers Script / Runbook Authors Operational Transformation & KPIs Define and track automation-linked KPIs, including: Reduction in MTTR (Mean Time to Respond) T he SOC AI & Automation Lead is responsible for embedding intelligence, automation, and autonomous response capabilities in the Security Operations Center (SOC). This role drives GenAI-enabled threat detection, incident response automation,predictive security analytics, and SLA-bound operations using platforms like Microsoft Sentinel, Azure Logic Apps, Kyndryl Bridge, and related SOAR ecosystems.
