Intern / Digital Marketing Specialist (Growth) Company: Gen (Avast + Norton) – global consumer SaaS security software company Location: Prague (onsite) Contract: Full-time, fixed-term internship (10 weeks, starting 1st July) Eligibility: Active student or very recent graduate, able to work onsite in Prague for the full duration About the role This internship sits in Gen’s growth and monetization team , working on in‑app sales and retention for Norton consumer desktop products. The role focuses on improving customer journeys, running experiments, and supporting commercial growth through data‑driven in‑product marketing. Example projects include improving upgrade screens inside Norton after install, testing different offers or messages, and analyzing which versions lead more users to subscribe or stay longer. Products & Area Norton consumer desktop products In‑app post‑install sales, upsell, and loyalty flows Customer journeys linked to monetization and retention Key Responsibilities Drive in‑app monetization and loyalty for a core Norton desktop sales flow Ideate and execute end‑to‑end in‑app sales and marketing campaigns Run A/B tests to improve conversion, retention, and customer experience Map and visualize customer journeys to identify improvement opportunities Collaborate with product, design, analytics, and other internal teams Track results and report performance through regular business reviews Required Background Currently studying (or recently graduated in) Digital Marketing, Product, Analytics, Product Design, or a related field Strong interest in digital products, growth, and monetization Comfortable working with data and learning through experimentation Clear written and spoken English Nice to Have Basic understanding of HTML / CSS Experience with a personal website, e‑commerce project, or startup Strong sense of ownership and attention to detail To Be Considered You must: Be an active full-time student or recently graduated Have an interest in consumer technology and SaaS Professional fluency in English is required (written and spoken), as we work in a global team Application Note A cover letter is optional but encouraged — yes, I really read them.
